MAIN
1. It can take up to 4 months to finish a commission.
2. You cannot claim my work as your own, please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
3. If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted on my sites, please state it beforehand.
4. You can not use any of my art for NFTs nor sell it for NFT purposes.
5. I have the right to decline a commission request.
6. I work with clear references, picture references and descriptions.
7. Decorative backgrounds (patterns) are included in the price.
8. Price will increase if the elements requested are heavily detailed.
9. I don’t draw NSFW (heavy gore or sexually suggestive commissions). Tasteful nudity, display of organs in a medical manner is fine.
10. As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
11. If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist, please do so before I have started your commission (I will inform you when your turn comes).
12. You’re also allowed to change your character before I start your commission, however, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed, I will ask you to pay extra for details.

PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Payment via Paypal only.
2. Payments are only accepted in EURO and will be taken via Paypal.
3. All payments are paid upfront.
4. Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within a week. I do not accept payment plans or split payments. If someone pays for your commission via trade/voucher, you must state it in your commission request.
5. If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.

WORKING PROCESS
After the commissioner has paid (and their slot has come), they will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the needed changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved, then I'll proceed to finish the artwork. Please also be aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase (around 10 edits, depending on detail). If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. After your commission is done, you will receive a PNG file of your artwork.
